Dreaming in Black and White :: Free Black and White Actions

download the bundle here for CS

if you've got elements... no problem, here they are individually, just for you :)
These are meant to work the BEST on already fixed images. Adjust your brightness, contrast, white balance, exposure and sharpness first...

if you're interested here is my "quick fix" it's pretty basic, but it gives your photos a little pop of light and sharpness...

download it here

I hope you can use them, I'd love to see what you do with them, all I ask is that you don't try to sell them, as they are, as your own :)

Enjoy!

Okay what I am doing wrong? I loaded them into PSE like I usually do and they are showing up but they don't do anything to my photos?!?! Should I just re-download?

I have tried and tried, for some reason, CS link to mediafire is just not working. Every time I click the download, it says processing, then click to download, then goes back to processing...in the meantime, a million banners pop up!! LOL!!!

HOW VERY SWEET OF YOU TO MAKE THESE

I downloaded the actions yesterday and love them! All work (pse7, vista) except for the Spoonful of Sugar. I deleted it, then downloaded it again and have the same problem. It goes through the motions, then stops with the background and the gradient map showing. The color does not change. Of course, changing the gradient map opacity does nothing.

Any suggestions...and/or has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Thanks, Nonnie

Hi, I love the actions. Thanks so much. The only one that doesn't work on PSE6 is the spoonful of sugar! The message in a bottle comes up with a message like, "merge visible not available." but it looks like it works fine. The tint shows and the action is all but merged I think. Again, thanks so much!
